← Bournemouth Marathon Festival
this was my first half in 4 years and my first half since being diagnosed with POTs. What can I say I love Bournemouth, this course offers you beautiful views, well marshalled, plenty of feed stations including gels. The course is well sign posted and great support. The bonus is the marathon starts a hour later. I was able to complete the course get back to sisters beach hut and cheer on the marathon runners.
This course does have one steep uphill onto the cliff top but what goes up must come down
