← Royal Parks Half Marathon
This has been on my bucket list for years as I had heard great things.
The journey from home into London and to Hyde park was fine, no issues. Plenty of toilets which is always good to see upon arrival but the baggage drop off was ridiculous... many many people missed he start of the race as they were still queuing! I can help but think if they sent the baggage tags out before the race then it would speed things up!
Anyway. Race was underway and it was very busy and ... Well... not very special to be honest. All that hype and it was a little boring. Don't get me wrong, it takes on some of the cities landmarks and running through the parks are fine... just nothing to write home about.
Nice to tick ot off my list but won't be back.
