← AJ Bell Great North Run
Although extremely busy and some of the starting pens were overflowing, everything else about the day was exceptional. The feeling at the start was amazing and emotional. Once the run had started I don’t think there was a single moment when the course wasn’t lined with cheering and smiling faces.
The finishing straight and medal collection was very well organised and there was everything you need there
As a southern softie making my first trip ‘up north’ I applaud the locals for a great run and great support.
Can’t wait to sign up for next year!
