← Sheffield 10K
Warning-First 5k is uphill! Including a steep bit between 4-5K. Good news though, what goes up must come down, so the last 5k is an absolute joy!
The organisation at the start is probably the worst I've seen at a runforall event, no allocated start pens for times, just told to follow the pacers. The result was everyone trying to cram in to the road. People walking before the 1k mark showed they started in the wrong area. Also very difficult in parts to get past people, I got elbowed and pushed several times in the first few km, difficult to get into a pace until around the 3k mark which annoyed me.
Usual RFA good standard t-shirt and medal, sports drinks/goodybag at the end.
Great local support for most of the route.
Will most likely run this again next year.
