Considering how hilly Leicester can be they have found a flat route, containig two diffrent laps of 5km each side of the park. One taking you out the park into town, the other a loop around the back drag then the path down from the old abby section before returning you to the park.
good PB course I would say.
At the start all your needed race needs are taking care of all well signed posted and easy to find.
Was a slight 10 min delay at the start but this was explained over the PA and updates made.
Bit of town center street furnature on root to keep an eye on, but organisers had made the worse of this more visable to warm people.
Pacers provided (I was one)
All in all for the first time out for this race a good effort.
Bling and medal good qualty.
