I enjoyed this event however some of the Marshall’s on the cycle course were too busy on their phones to call directions or if the road was clear. I missed a left turn on a fast downhill as the marshsll was not obvious I had to go on & come back on myself ! Could do with motivational music at swim start to get the vibe going& maybe give every swimmer a chance to get to the start buoys, we went in on time but race started before we got anywhere near start. The run was too mucky by Sunday & slippy under foot. This is constructive criticism as I did love competing.
Dear Madeleine, thank you for your review and your feedback. We will take your suggestions into account- this is very helpful for us! We are so glad to hear that you loved competing regardless, and we hope to see you at our events in the future. - Castle Race Series
