it was my first time of doing this race and on a warm muggy morning in London, the course is the ideal thing to distract you from the heat. There were plenty of marshals and the crowd support is great. And on parts of the course when you see other runners either further earlier in their journey it is a great cheer point for other runners. The run through shower was amazing, we could have just done with a few more of them and the only downside was our wave missed out on the minutes silence before the race as the speaker would not be heard that far back. Bar that fab race and I have already booked to go back next year!
