The weather was fantastic & the event also lived up to the hype. It was easy to access as close to underground stations & the baggage drop was close to the start. I had no issues with queues at toilets although I know some did. The minute silence for the Manchester bombing was well briefed & then the run started. It was a little crowded at certain points & probably hindered any hope of a PB. The course was flat & with two drinks stations within the 10k it was more than enough. It was well supported & the finish infront of Buckingham palace was certainly a great memory. The medal is great & the T-Shirt very good. My only issue was the queue to collect the bags which I found to be very poorly organised & needs addressing as waiting 25 minutes for your bags while there are a number of helpers stood watching did not help. After that the meet & greet was easy & the festival was still in full swing. Overall a great event & well worth the value of the entrance fee. Any race that starts & finishes infront of Buckingham Palace will always be popular & with the good course & goody bag this race certainly delivers.
