← AJ Bell Great Manchester Run
this race had been on my bucketlist a long time after seeing it televised and getting a huge amount of runners each year. Was a very flat but uninspiring route by Old Trafford. Crowd support was superb and regular aid stations and goodybags. A very expensive 10K that I was happy to do but have better ways to spend the best part of £50. Goodybag was poor especially for the price. Bespoke medal but same tiresome design as other Great Run Series medals, cotton tshirt and leaflets and lucozade. Far better and cheaper 10Ks out there
