Tonbridge Triathlon is set in the wonderful grounds & Sports Complex at the posh school! 

Swim in the pool was a little disorganised as although you were given start times, it was running about 20 mins behind. So you did end up a bit in a jumble with different speeds. Top tip leave a pair of trainers at the exit it's a bit of a run to transition! 

Transition Navigation was great marshells eveywhere and on  exit out to main road using STOP n GO to flow traffic! 

Bike loop is hilly! First 6-8 miles is climbing! Then about 16 miles there is a hideous decent, as we had torrential rain it was  tricky. Even being cautious on my second loop ( standard) I can a cropper! :( My first tumble on a bike to! 

The Marshells were absolutely brilliant! Especially Dom who took care of me & sat me in his car until help arrived! The First Aiders and BTF were so helpful. 

I DNF Didn't  get the medal or goody bag! But I'm still smiling no broken bones & I will be back to other Triathlons soon!
