run course is good but bike course is tricky with hefty speed ramps and one particularly bad section of road surface . Mind those pot holes!!
We met the farmer offloading the hay bales just as he was leaving the trailor and heading off towards Nettleden, although TBF he was going at a decent speed. What was a puzzle was why his trailor was parked some 6Km from his destination(deliberate disruption act or not?)
