Second time of entering nad awarded as a prize from AJ Bell.

Easy to travel to via DLR to the Excel Centre and quick registration to collect race bits was a pleasure.

Racking on Red Carpet area was really nice and the Expo Style booths provided suitable shopping and entertainment prior to the start.

Race Briefing was great and the Ogi Ogi Ogi cheers really helped get you ready.

Swim is nice although the water is surprisingly salty (although it is few by the Thames so not really a surprise).

Bike course is fast and relatively flat on the shorter loop within the local area. The only hill is over a flyover and is surprisingly tough each lap although not a game changer.

T1 & 2 are both straight forward although a long run (after wetsuit removel and bagging) post swim.

Run route was much better this year as straighter and the opportunity to see fellow team mates a huge benefit and certainly better than the twists and turns from 2015 course.

As usual a great finish experience and lots of post race refreshments and goodies.

Although a very busy event it was great and worth doing.
