Number pick up on the day was very easy and quick, but there is the option of picking up your number before the event from their shop. Whole organisation was very smooth.
Described as a flat PB potential course which I agree with, there are a couple of small inclines over bridges but they are not very steep. There was heavy rain the previous week but most of the flooding had gone, there was just one section you had to run through but unfortunately that was part of the course you have to run through on the way back as well. Water was provided at the half way point.
Great medal at the end, protein bar or flapjack and a bottle of water.
