Farnborough Half Marathon 2020

So today I took part in my 1st Winter Run the Farnborough Half Marathon and got to say although I found the hills challenging I say hills others may say inclines anyway I found them hurting somewhat.

The registration and race organisation was simplistic to say the least. Well organised and well marshalled.

Only a couple of things for me that would make it run more smoothly would be toilett on the course as there is actually none.the other thing would be the traffic flow in parts was not separated as it could of been and I felt cars came a little too close for my liking.

The race organisers put on the best warm up I have ever done full of energy and fun.

The lack of local support didn't see. To make any difference but those who made the effort did with such gusto.

Goody bag filled to max no tshirt but a great pair of gloves instead more than made up for that. The medal is amazing 

Free tea coffee and cake at finish was a welcome surprise.
