Running on closed roads in London is always great fun and despite the seering heat of the day of the race, it was a very good event.
It isn't a cheap race to enter, but being London you can expect this, and it is a very well organised event.
The atmosphere was buzzing as everyone waited in the starting pens and the spectators, including various charity cheer points, were in great spirits.
At the start / finish point there were large vats of water for runners to refill water bottles as much as they liked, which was very much appreciated.
Great medal and a nicely designed, quality t-shirt to add to the collection. I'd do this one again, but would have to save on the overnight stay to offset the entry fee!
