To be honest this was the first time I have done this and it will now be a regular of mine.
The RNLI were great and two memebers ran with my wife and 3 yr old in the mini pirates run which was amazing the 8 miler was tough against the wind but brilliant and the support of people was good at times.
Only criticism was people on the promenade not being courteous, I nearly stood on a dog that was off the lead getting in the way and I was shouted at to be careful.
Rant over amazing day and the medal was by far the best I have had this year.
