A belated review of this race but I had to do one!

I have done the first two now of this relatively new marathon, one racing it and now one pacing it. 

I have left both years feeling nothing but love for the event.

It is run with the professionalism and attention to detail you expect from Welsh athletics. 

It’s a flat course so perfect for those going for a PB or taking on the 26.2 for the first time. Flatness aside it is extremely scenic, starting in the city centre but then meandering its way through rural villages with rolling green fields to loop back crossing an awesome bridge to the city centre finish.

The villages do themselves proud lining the streets cheering you through with live bands and lots more to give you the boost you need.

if this race is this good after two years I for one will be back for year 3 to see where it can go.
