← Vitality London 10,000

For a 10k this is the best "big race feel" you will get in the UK.  I actually loved the running bit - fast course, well marshalled and enough room once the first 1km was done.   Crowd was absolutely fanastic from start to finish!

However  the organisation was appalling, 35 minutes stood waiting to be called in to the bag drop area, runners over/under estimating their times in the waves and finish line was a complete disaster - long walk for post race water, big queues for T'shirts (sized really small btw) and goodie bags (way to much plastic for my liking too).

I have learned also that a lot fo runners in Grey and Orange waves didn't get a medal or T-shirt which is just pure greed on the organisers, especially when close to the event they were offering free places to running clubs and big discounts (making those who paid for their place like me in advance very angry).

People of London and volunteers made this event, shame the organisers are greedy and disorganised, I for one will not be giving them my cash again.
