First time doing this event. It’s a nice undulating course, as couldn’t call it completely flat, MK has lots of small ups and downs. The first 7 miles are amazing running with the half runners with loads of support. Beyond felt a bit lonely at times. I’m not the fastest but at points couldn’t see any other runners, but luckily the small patches of support and Marshall’s kept me going. I think there needs to be bigger support stations later on the in the race when people need it. Other than that a good race amazing finish at the stadium. Will do doing the event next year
