Great route with a wide variety of terrain and scenery. It's so well marked that you'd really have to try hard to get lost. Organisation was spot on, they clearly listen to feedback and have improved every year.

One of my complaints last year was that a couple of aid stations didn't have much choice, but not this time! They all had fruit, sweets, sandwiches, coke, dr pepper, water, and more.

The new race start/finish works well and means you don't need to cross the godalming main road during the race, and the staggered start helped to prevent blocking during the single file paths in the first couple of miles.

I find it hard to fault the race. I would have been tempted to say it's quite expensive for the distance, but then I got an email saying that the photos will be free this year, which was a nice surprise and now makes it pretty good value.
