A brilliant and well organised event with a distance which is very useful for runners training for a marathon or 20 mile event. The course has some hills but also some great views. I used this event as a quick training run while I prepare for Manchester Marathon in April. In previous weeks I had got up to 20 miles on training runs but at a steady pace. The competitive element assisted in running at a quicker pace which was useful. I certainly recommend this event to other runners and hope to return again next year.
