A fantastic six hour challenge which was as many laps up and down ‘The Flitch’ as you wanted. Each lap was just over 5km A ‘no cup event’ which was well organised. There was zero pressure and you could stop at the aid station after each lap if you so wished. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. Local support from customers and runners at The Booking Station cafe was lovely too. A beautfiul day for it and would recommend if you are on a marathon plan and have to do some long miles :-) The aid station had so much food to choose from and they allow us to have our bags to hand for our own drinks and gels.
