It would be unfair for me to comment on a lot of the logistic etc and value for money as I ran the race as a pacer and my entry was free. However my general thoughts on the event is that it has a lot of potential. It was a fun race to run there were just a few issues with the mile markers that caused problems for pacers. I managed to adjust and come in sub 1:55 which was the aim. Happy runners at the end so that’s the main thing. I would run the event again whether a pacer or a racer as there is a lot of PB potential. As evidence by my pal who knocked off 5 minutes from his PB and ran a 1:35:30 👌🏻🏃🏽💨
