It’s flat as a pancake out and back seafront run. If the weather is kind a great PB course. Timed start pens and well organised Start and Finish. No water stations on the route, bananas a plenty at the Finish with water! Basic Medal to Finish. It’s a great local 10k with lots of support with organised Marshals on closed roads.
