nice early start for.a very flat half along the seafront of Boscombe and Bournemouth. one small hill around 7-8 miles followed by a gentle slope back towards the seafront and the bulk of the crowds. i find this course great for pacing yourself as lots of obvious points to measure against (think piers, turning points and beach huts) which you can measure against as parts are back and forth along the seafront. stunning views if the weather is clear , you get to run up amd down two piers and a great medal tshirt at the finish. also kids, 5k,10k and full mara over the course of the weekend so you can bring the family and all get medals.
