← Robin Hood Half Marathon
This was my return to racing after a lengthy time out due to injury and what a race to pick. Fab support, an interesting course, great stewards, and a certain something that made it big enough and intimate enough at the same time. Interestingly there was no technical tshirt which was a shame BUT the bling was very, very nice indeed. However, be warned, this isn't a course for the feint hearted of the PB hunter. It's undulating and by that I mean you need to embrace the hills (yes, plural). But in doing so you will run through a park, past a mansion, city walls, lovely rural areas as well as through the city. Will I be back, absolutely. Its a cracker. Although watch out for the grass finish at the end, its not for everybody and can play havoc with the legs.
