Signed up easily on the day. Quick registration process, card only. £30 for a 10k might seem a bit steep but all proceeds went to charity, so I was happy with that. Freebies were good. Nice tech tee and very pretty medal. Logistics PERFECT. Stick to the tram and park and ride it - don’t bother trying to park nearby as Sheffield city parking can be steep and difficult anyway, regardless of the amount of visitors to the centre. Well organised, brilliant atmosphere, if not a little busy. Nothing stupendous about the route, quite pleasant on the eye but no major Sheffield landmarks seen. Eccleshall rd section was an insidious climb, Route was fairly hilly in all honesty, but not gruelling. Very little to fault with this race, smooth as clockwork and enjoyed every minute.
