This really is a fantastic event which just keeps getting better and better each year. 2018 was the 5th anniversary and there was a real party atmosphere. The event village was full of things for the entire family and you really could make a great day out even if you weren't running. The course is largely through lovely countryside but despite that there was plenty of enthusiastic local support to help us runners along the way. It's not a PB course but except for a small incline at the start most of the course is flat. That is until you get to the hill at mile 12. You need to save some energy for that but once you've reached the top it's all down hill until the finish. We received some great bling and a nicely design tech t shirt and buff. I've already signed up for next year!
