My local marathon and my second time running the route. I’ll continue to support it but not one I’d recommend to those travelling from afar if you are looking for a big event. Pavements and paths can get congested with runners, walkers and cyclists. Quite a small field so towards the end I was often on my own. But for us locals I’d definitely recommend it.
