very, very tough course (i.e. 3 hours slower than my pb!), not just legs on the uphills on the bike, but arms and shoulders rattled on the fast downhills! But all sections of the course were exceptionally beautiful. One to do if you enjoy the smaller type of races and don't want huge crowds supporting you - for me running round the woods and through the cornfields alone in the early evening sun was a memorable experience.
