← Shrewsbury Half Marathon
Walking to the show ground for the start of the race though this historical town noing i be running around all the fabulous buildings . When lineing up for the start of the race the pacer told how he was going to run which helped so much on the hills
When to speed up and slow down .once in to the race you do have to work hard on the hills but the flats are fast. Lot of water station and marshalls helping . . The last 2 miles you have a nice run to the finish flat and down hill. When you back in the show ground going for the line the surport from everyone is fantastic. All the way around you having photos taken which you get free at the end. This was a very warm and friendly race with some testing hills but with the surport of all the other runners its well worth doing.
