← TTP Cambridge Half Marathon
Great return to form for the event. New course is great but as event has grown the infrastructure and organisation hasn’t with last year being infamous with the baggage drop.
massive improvements this year. Baggage drop superb, foil blankets a great idea with free water too. Toilet queues far less and easy start with waves making it less crowded - tho it must be said the weather may have reduced from 9000.
Stunning fast course with amazing landmarks and great support and marshalls. Medal smaller but great. Home town run and experience outweighs what is a quite pricy half.
couple of moans - I think race numbers could be posted for free. And it seems a particular Cambridge thing but lots of people start in too fast a wave every year - not just a half thing but particular to Cambridge events - even parkrun!
