I entered the ½ as a training run on recovery from injuin.
It was bloody freezing today. Is it ever warm in Slaithwaite?
As ever IGUN runs are brilliantly organised, really friendly, small and may offer a huge amount of cake at the end.
I enjoyed my run so much, I ran 20 mikes (bonus 7 miles)
