← MK Autumn Run Weekend
This was my first half and it had been recommended to me as a great course full of wonderful support. They were not wrong!
The course was really good and the supporters were amazing, they really made the day an experience I will never forget.
I don't tend to run the same races however if I did I would most certainly run this one again.
The only one downside is the stint around the race course at the end - the ground is a little uneven and the tarmac on your feet is a little slippy. It can make or break people so just mentally prepare yourself for the fact that it is the worst bit and you will be fine.
