← Hertfordshire Half Marathon
Organised by the Runthrough kids, the same as Tatton Park Half and Thorpe Park Half, you know what you are going to get: superb organisation, great bespoke tee and medal, and the best flapjacks in the world.
Unless the two aforementioned races where you didn't see Tatton House, or were allowed into Thorpe Park, the Herts Half starts and finishes in front of Knebworth House.
The route is undulation (slightly lumpy) and along the well maintained country lanes of Hertfordshire. A very big field that means you are never running alone and 3 water stops with bottles not cups (a big tick for them there), and a race village at the end including Cadbury hot chocolate van, coffee, On running stall, a band, a choir, and burger van.
