when they say flat - they mean flat!! a race a long the sea front is nothing if not bracing.. but if the sea winds are with you its got massive PB potential and is the most fun you'll have over 10K.

Brilliantly organised, lots of support and music on the course and great quality t shirts I run in all the time..

my must do every year
