With nearly 100,000 reviews collected from participants worldwide, Racecheck is proud to reveal the races that delivered exceptional experiences in 2024.
This year saw mass participation events continue to thrive, with numbers surpassing 2023 levels and gaining even more momentum. The Racecheck platform reflected this surge, with event reviews nearly doubling once again. A record-breaking 205 events qualified for an award in 2024, up from 152 in 2023, 69 in 2022, and 33 in 2021.
But it’s not just about more races — the global reach of the awards has also expanded dramatically. In 2023, Racecheck recognized events from six countries; in 2024, we doubled that number, awarding races in 14 different countries.

Unlike traditional awards, the Racecheck Awards are decided entirely by participants, not by organizers or a selection panel. Events do not pay to be considered. Instead, these honors are awarded based on verified athlete reviews, making them one of the most authentic and respected recognitions in the industry.
Races qualify for gold, silver, and bronze awards by achieving benchmark average ratings based on participant feedback. This means that every awarded event has truly earned its place on this list through the voices of those who experienced it firsthand.
Winning a Racecheck Award is more than just a title — it’s a stamp of excellence.
