Starting and finishing on a race course is always a lovely thing.
The course is undulating and challenging
The feed stations are well stocked and the marshals were fantastic as were the pacers
The good bag is well stocked and the sale of hoodies, buffs and tee shirts a bonus.
My only worry was the responsiveness of the first aiders. I saw quite a few people struggling at the end (and during) and the first aiders seemed to take ages. Maybe they were overwhelmed but it just seemed so slow.
