← Cleethorpe's New Years Day 10K
This race is great fun.
The atmosphere in the morning is great, with a mixture of people still feeling the effects of the night before, you can actually smell booze on the start line.
Anyway its a very small race, very flat and great support. No car parking so you will have to pay for parking, water stations are ok (if they are not stolen like 2015). Its flat, marshalled well and great support from spectators. The route is through housing estates so dont get to excited and the finish line is just off main road - so again dont get to excited.
Its a great way to start NYD and you can race and be back in the pub for 11.30am.
Great value for money and always a great t-shirt.
I'll be back for more in 2018.
