← English Half Marathon
I personally had a logistical nightmare in the race as I missed the 10k separation and ended up running a half marathon. It want in my taper plan for my HM next weekend haha.
Overall I really enjoyed the event. I thought the atmosphere before and durin the race was amazing. So many people out on the streets and the kids giving out high fives!
The route was good with one problem near the start where we all went into a narrow funnel. People were tripping over each other which wasn't good.
Once past that point it soon opened out and there was plenty of space.
The medal was amazing and in hoping to get hold of the HM medal as eventually completed that anyway (I will pay of course).
Would definitely enter the event again being just over an hour from me and the atmosphere being so good.
