← ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon
I love running local races. There's something about the comraderie of seeing and meeting up with runners from previous races.
The inaugural Humber HM did not disappoint and the credit for this has to go to Neil and Nicola @tape2tape. As runners they understand what we look for in a race; loads of loos ✅ fab medal✅ great goody bag✅. Their daily email updates in the week before the race both informative and entertaining. Even after the race they responded to some of the concerns raised re mile 8-10 straightaway
Marshall support was ace and the finish along the promenade was a lovely way to end with lots of local support
If you've never been to Cleethorpes or ran a race with piers and donkeys as backdrop I fully recommend this
