Cards on the table: I am totally biased on this one, I love Norwich and I knew before I signed up that it would be brilliant. It really was though!

Great organisation, excellent race pack with really clear instructions. Easy parking on the day. I didn't use the bag drop because I had all my family there to hold my stuff, but the race village was great.

Really lovely route through the city, taking in all the sights. Lots of build up beforehand about Rose Lane which is a hill, although really only by Norfolk standards!! The toughest bit for me was the last 2K which was also slightly inclined and for some reason was hard.

Support round the course is amazing. There's a quiet bit near the football ground but there's an aid station there which breaks it up a bit. The marshalls were all lovely.

The finish was brilliant. And the stuff - as well as a medal I got a Run Norwich branded bag which contained a buff, a Canaries scarf, water, protein bar, crisps, jelly sweets, charity fridge magnets and a voucher for free beer in the race village.

Definitely run this one!
