the newly restructured Cardiff bay run. New for 2017 , formerly known as the Cardiff bay 5 mile . Flat fast 10k route starting in the heart of the bay at Roald Dahl Plas , the start is well organised , colour coded pens depending on expected finish time. A fast start out of the bay onto the closed roads , absolutely tremendous support from the Cardiff public , expect nothing more when racing here, take in the scenery of the millennium centre , the BBC studios and stunning views to Weston supermare as you cross the barrage and also views back across the bay to mermaid quay. Definitely worth a try at least once , certainly a PB course . Hopefully we will see you next year .
