← Langport Triathlon
Now this was the first triathlon I took part in back in 2013, I was only going to do one ! This is my home race so naturally I wanted to do well. This year I helped at the finishline after I raced which was nice to see so many of my friends finish.
The race is 24 years old now and getting slicker each year. The swim iis 16 lengths in the pool followed by th 13.7 mile loop, this loop has hills and some very fast sections. Im fortuante to live on the bike route so I know every single lump and bump. I will break sub 43 mins one year.
The run isnt flat but it does have a lovely shaded section which on a hot day you will be thankfull for.
Overall the team behind the race did a cracking job. Cant wait to race next year
