← Worthing 10k
The one thing you can never predict is our Great British Weather!
I love any seaside resort for running as it's pretty much flat and with stunning coastal views along the promenade Worthing is excellent location for a 10k. The course is on fast & flat roads your only obstacle is the wind and the warm morning sunshine. Marshals were fantastic & 2 water stations on route giving out small water bottles greatly received in the heat.
Start & Finish is just adjacent to the Pier on the promenade with plenty of facilities & refreshment tents before & after race.
Great medals and value for money!
Its just a shame it couldn't be a bit earlier 8:30 or 9:00 to shade us from the heat a bit as it's in June
