← Hackney Half
Although pricey I thoroughly enjoyed the Hackney half. Luckily I got a £10 discount which eased the pain of paying full price. The atmosphere around the course was fantastic. The locals came out in force and the crowds definitely helped me through the course. It felt like a great community atmosphere. Lots of kids,hi fiving around the course, regular water stations.
Photos were included in the price but I was disappointed not to have a finish line photo taken.
For spectators there was a great festival set up with loads going on.
The music at the start and around the course was great.
