Swim - awesome views of ocean and sea life all around, very clear. But locals are poor swimmers, seed yourself faster to avoid the breast-strokers and leg-pullers Bike - we were lucky this year with the weather and it wasn't hot. Road is flat and crowds are literally like Tour de France but road surface is poor. Watch out for launching bottles! Run - crowds are great, plenty of aid stations, plenty of out and backs to see where your teammates and competitors are.
