← PHOENIX Dirty Running
Another great instalment from Phoenix running. Friendly atmosphere and clearly a race for runners. Everything a runner could want, huge bling, no fuss in registration, sweets at aid station every 5k. And lots of friendly support.
This is a small event and the support is basically the fellow runners and marshals as you pass every few minutes. There are always walkers on the Thames path, and this can be a bit mixed. Full of numerous people who won't move out of the way, chased by dogs, obstructed by geese and almost taken out by rowers carrying their ores. But it's all good fun and a good race to take at a relaxed pace.
