← Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris

First things first... I like things a little different too enjoy them fully, If I'm honest with you London is the least interesting marathon I have done.  #controversial.

Maybe because most of it is my training yard or the sights I have seen going to work and back 1 million times.  Atmosphere yeah Wow I get it.  But for me it just feels like a "process" what has this got to do with Paris... Well quite alot.

These are not my training streets nor my journey into work.... But it just feels like a process, just as London, Like everyone is just their to say they have been there and done it.

Expo was well connected but out the way.  Over crowded, slighty over priced. Maybe I just like to hear myself think... All them pesky French supporters making noise.  :)

The course takes you around what you need to see, but it is like running 18 odd miles to see the tower then a trudge through a park..... But at least you do not have to run to Greenwich and back as you would in London :)

Get it on your list for sure but no Wow factor for me, sorry Paris.

In the interest of fairness my Paris Marathon this was split around work... Had to fly in and out to get the number. Then drove back down over night to get there about 6am Sunday morning.  Tired much?

Will attempt again in 2017, maybe I will get it.  Hopefully.
