· 2022 Long Distance Triathlon ·

It was my first full iron-distance event. Loved the swim. Was delighted with bike ride although last 10 miles was hilly. The run was tough because it was a hot day. Aid stations were excellent with supportive and marshals and hoses and cold water sponges on the run. So pleased I did it! Thank you to the organisers and volunteers.
